Als u meerdere artikelen tegelijk van ons koopt en de verzendkosten bij het afrekenen meer zijn dan u zich kunt veroorloven, stuurt u ons een bericht en zullen we de werkelijke verzendkosten voor u berekenen en u een aangepaste aanbieding maken. Te veel betalen voor verzending als online klant is een van onze grootste stokpaardjes - we haten het als het ons overkomt en we zullen er alles aan doen om te voorkomen dat het u overkomt! We staan onze klanten momenteel toe om Etsy's online verzendcalculator te gebruiken om te bepalen welke verzendkosten ze moeten betalen; van wat we zien, is het het optellen van pakketgroottes (die we moeten invoeren wanneer we de productvermelding maken) en zal soms te veel in rekening worden gebracht omdat de calculator denkt dat meerdere items in een zeer groot pakket zullen zitten. Je hebt twee keuzes om voorbij dit kleine struikelblok te komen: betaal de berekende verzendkosten en we betalen al het geld terug dat niet nodig was, als het een hele dollar of meer is wanneer we het verzendlabel van Etsy kopen en afdrukken, of stuur ons een bericht en we zullen de daadwerkelijke verzending uitzoeken voor de items die je wilt kopen en we zullen een aangepaste vermelding voor je maken.
HIER IS EEN GEWELDIGE KLEINE TIP VOOR WINKELEN OP ETSY: Je kunt meerdere items aan je winkelwagen toevoegen van één verkoper en vervolgens op het winkelwagenpictogram in de rechterbovenhoek van je Etsy-scherm klikken; kies de verzendmethode van uw voorkeur en u ziet het totaal dat u moet betalen ALS U DEZE OBJECTEN HEBT GEKOCHT; HET TOEVOEGEN VAN ARTIKELEN AAN UW WINKELWAGEN VERPLICHT U NIET OM ZE TE KOPEN! Het is net als winkelen in de supermarkt - je kunt items in je winkelwagentje plaatsen en ze later uit je winkelwagen halen als je wilt, zonder verplichting om die items te kopen; het is alleen wanneer u op de knop Betalen klikt en daadwerkelijk betaalt voor de items die u aan de aankoop hebt toegezegd! Maar dit betekent ook dat iedereen de items die u aan uw winkelwagentje hebt toegevoegd, kan kopen als u er niet voor hebt betaald - niemand weet wat u aan uw winkelwagentje hebt toegevoegd, maar u, het is uw privé kleine 'verlanglijstje'; als iemand iets koopt dat u in uw winkelwagentje had, zal een klein bericht u vertellen dat het artikel in uw winkelwagen niet langer beschikbaar is. Als u wilt dat we verzending voor u combineren in een aangepaste aanbieding, stuurt u ons een bericht met de artikelcodes die aan het einde van de titel in onze aanbiedingen worden weergegeven ( - SB5 bijvoorbeeld); aan onze kant kunnen we dan de productvermeldingen deactiveren, zodat niemand anders ze kan kopen.
Tenzij we iets speciaals voor je maken, worden alle items verzonden op de dag dat je bestelt of uiterlijk de volgende ochtend! We wonen slechts een paar blokken verwijderd van een postkantoor, dus als u bestelt nadat de postwagen in de ochtend is gekomen en voordat het postkantoor sluit, pakken we het in en brengen het dezelfde dag naar het postkantoor! Al deze beloften voor verzendtijden en verzendrestituties zijn van toepassing op alle items, ongeacht wat het al dan niet in onze winkel of listings zegt (het onderstaande winkelbeleid is een ingeblikt, stock Etsy-ding en we kunnen het niet ongedaan maken ... de uitspraak over 'tijd die het kost om uw bestelling voor te bereiden'... negeer het gewoon). ALS U DE GOEDKOOPSTE BESCHIKBARE VERZENDING WILT, ZORG ER DAN VOOR DAT U 'STANDAARD VERZENDING' (WAT EERSTE KLAS IS) KIEST BIJ HET AFREKENEN - PRIORITEIT IS DUURDER, MAAR KAN HET SNELLER BIJ U KRIJGEN.
Hier is nog een klein geheim van onze winkel: als je $ 50 of meer van onze spullen koopt, krijg je zeker een gratis kristal of kralen, en we zullen het beheren op een manier die er niet voor zorgt dat je extra verzendkosten betaalt dan je zou hebben betaald zonder de gratis geschenken!

Onze Seleniet Kralen zijn gemaakt van hele vaste stukken van natuurlijke aarde-gedolven Satijn Spar Seleniet geïmporteerd uit het Koninkrijk Marokko in Noord-Afrika; ze zijn NIET gereconstitueerd of imitatiemateriaal; ze worden op geen enkele manier behandeld met kleurstoffen, oliën, heldere coating, verwarming, enz. Ze zijn gewoon puur glorieus wit Seleniet, gepolijst glad en zacht om aan te raken (geen scherpe hoeken of randen). Pas op voor nep-seleniet kralen op de markt, gemaakt van Calciet, Milky Quartz, of Cat's Eye Fiber Optic (een door de mens gemaakt materiaal) ... geloof ons, als er een andere vorm was om Seleniet kralen in te maken anders dan de vorm die we maken, zouden we ze maken; het was nadat we door die vervalsingen waren opgelicht en geen echte Seleniet-kralen op de markt hadden gevonden, dat we ze zelf begonnen te maken!
BELANGRIJKE UPDATE VOOR KLANTEN VAN SELENIET KRALEN - We hebben onlangs veel succes gehad met het gebruik van Stretch Magic merk stringing medium met onze Seleniet Kralen. De maten die werken zijn 0,28 of 0,19 inch diameter. Voeg bij het knopen van de knoop een enkele druppel Super Glue toe en trek de knoop strak en houd hem slechts een paar seconden strak getrokken. Super Glue lijkt echt goed aan dit materiaal te hechten. Veeg overtollige lijm af zodra de knoop op zijn plaats blijft. Dit is spannend nieuws! Ik heb dit stringing medium niet kunnen breken zal een redelijke poging doen... lijkt heel fantastisch! Als je problemen hebt om het te kopen of als je andere vragen hebt, stuur ons dan een bericht.

If you're buying multiple items from us at one time and the shipping charge at checkout is more than you can afford, message us and we'll figure out the actual shipping cost for you and make you a custom listing. Paying too much for shipping as an online customer is one of our biggest pet peeves - we hate it when it happens to us and we will do everything we can to keep it from happening to you! We're currently allowing our customers to use Etsy's online shipping calculator to figure the shipping they should pay; from what we're seeing it is adding up package sizes (that we need to enter when we make the product listing) and will sometimes overcharge because the calculator thinks multiple items will be in a very large package. You have two choices to get past this little stumbling block: either pay the calculated shipping and we'll refund any money that was not needed, if it is one whole dollar or more when we buy & print the shipping label from Etsy, or message us and we'll figure out the actual shipping for the items you want to buy and we'll make a Custom Listing for you.
HERE'S A GREAT LITTLE TIP FOR SHOPPING ON ETSY: You can add multiple items to your cart from one seller, then click on the Shopping Cart icon in the upper right corner of your Etsy screen; choose your preferred shipping method and you'll see the total you'd need to pay IF YOU BOUGHT THOSE ITEMS; ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR CART DOES NOT COMMIT YOU TO BUYING THEM! It's just like shopping at the grocery store - you can put items in your cart and later take them out of your cart if you want, with no obligation to buy those items; it is only when you click the Pay button and actually pay for the items that you've committed to the purchase! But this also means that anyone else can buy the items you added to your cart if you've not paid for them - no one knows what you've added to your cart but you, it is your private little 'wish list'; if someone buys something you had in your cart, a little message will tell you the item in your cart is no longer available. If you want us to combine shipping for you in a Custom Listing, just message us with the item codes that appear at the end of the title in our listings ( - SB5 for example); on our end we can then deactivate the product listings so no one else can buy them.
Unless we're making something special for you, all items are shipped out the day you order or the next morning at the very latest! We live only a few blocks away from a Post Office, so if you order after the morning mail truck has come and before the Post Office closes, we get it packed up and take it to the Post Office the same day! All of these promises for shipping times and shipping refunds apply to all items, regardless of what it may or may not say in our shop or listings (shop policies below is a canned, stock Etsy thing and we can't undo it... the statement about 'time it takes to prepare your order'... just disregard it). Our Selenite Beads are created from whole solid pieces of natural Earth-mined Satin Spar Selenite imported from the Kingdom of Morocco in northern Africa; they are NOT reconstituted nor imitation material; they are NOT treated in any way with dyes, oils, clear-coating, heating, etc. They are just pure glorious white Selenite, polished smooth and soft to the touch (no sharp corners or edges). Beware of fake Selenite beads in the marketplace, made of Calcite, Milky Quartz, or Cat's Eye Fiber Optic (a man-made material) ... trust us, if there was any other shape to make Selenite beads into other than the shape we make, we'd make 'em; it was after getting scammed by those fakes and finding no genuine Selenite beads on the market that we started making them ourselves!
IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR SELENITE BEADS CUSTOMERS - We have recently had great success using Stretch Magic brand stringing medium with our Selenite Beads. The sizes that work are 0.28 or 0.19 inch diameter. When tying the knot, add a single drop of Super Glue then pull the knot tight and keep it pulled tight for just a few seconds. Super Glue seems to really adhere to this material well. Wipe off any excess glue as soon as the knot holds in place. This is exciting news!
