I've bought quite a few tabletop/RPG/wargaming miniatures on Etsy and this has to be one of if not the finest one I've picked up. She takes paint well as long as you don't forget to prime her first. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned veteran, this sexy little elf is an easy paint. Fast shipping and well packed. Will remember this shop in the future for my tabletop miniature needs. A 😁😁

This was absolutely our fault. We pride ourselves on quality, but we missed this one. We're human, but that's no excuse. The figure was fully refunded. No return required. A coupon code was offered as further compensation to the buyer. Thank you to the customer for pointing this out so that we can analyze and correct the files to prevent this from ever happening again. If you ever have problems with the items we sell, we will do our best to remedy the situation. Give us a chance to make sure you're happy! ^_^

5 out of 5 starsThe fae model was even better in real life than in photos. I did knock it over on my desk and chipped the resin but it won't be noticeable with a little filing. oops! I was just marveling at it and it fell off the unglued base. Totally my fault. Queen of the Artichokes! hehe!

YES! This way we KNOW the quality of the model before listing. Items are faster to ship that way as well. We often pack up the items the same day they are ordered and schedule the pick-up for the next available day. We can then spend time printing another copy stress and deadline free.
