Hace más de cien años, los hermanos Wright utilizaron el principio de la caída de semillas de arce para diseñar su hélice, que fue el primer intento exitoso de vuelo por parte del hombre. En Maple Propeller, creemos que la ropa masculina y los accesorios elegantes y bien hechos pueden inspirar a los hombres a... cambiar el mundo. Mi nombre es Gediminas, junto con mi esposa Milda, manejamos la hélice Maple. Diseñamos y fabricamos ropa y accesorios para hombres. Vivimos y trabajamos en Kaunas, Lituania (Europa)
Ambos nacimos en familias que fueron sastres autodidactas y profesionales durante varias generaciones. El padre de Milda ha sido un ingeniero de máquinas de coser y tejer que junto con su esposa comenzó una fabricación de costura hace 25 años y aquí es donde se fabrican las prendas de hélice de arce en la actualidad.
Durante los últimos años estuve usando solo los pantalones que se hicieron de acuerdo con mi diseño y el de Milda. Así que cuando en diciembre de 2013 un amigo invitado a participar en una feria benéfica de Navidad con todo lo hecho a mano, la idea de la hélice de arce nació y surgió. Por mi propia experiencia, sabía que encontrar pantalones elegantes y elegantes hechos de telas de calidad pero asequibles era realmente difícil, incluso en línea, por lo que decidimos abordar este nicho.
Las prendas de hélice de arce se pueden describir como un estilo inteligente, grandes colores, telas y detalles interesantes. La idea principal detrás de la marca Maple Propeller es que las cosas pequeñas pueden inspirar a los hombres para grandes esfuerzos, por lo que nos esforzamos por crear ese "algo" que podría atraer la atención y dar nuevos sentimientos, pensamientos y experiencias para nuestros clientes.
¡Justo después de lanzar nuestra primera colección de pantalones, nos dimos cuenta de que necesitamos calcetines coloridos y potentes de alta calidad para hombres para complementar nuestros pantalones! Así nació la nueva línea de productos y actualmente ofrecemos 5 diseños de calcetines diferentes coloridos y potentes.
Nuestras inspiraciones provienen de observar el mundo que nos rodea: colores, naturaleza, personas, obras de arte, nuevos lugares cuando viajamos. Comienzan a tomar forma cuando visitamos a nuestros proveedores de telas y vemos nuevas telas que llegan. Utilizamos lana de calidad, algodón, mezclas de seda sin o solo una pequeña cantidad de sintéticos. La pregunta más importante que nos hacemos al elegir una tela es: ¿querría usarla?
Esperamos que disfrutes usando pantalones y calcetines de hélice Maple tanto como nosotros disfrutamos creándolos. ¡Hay mucha imaginación, artesanía y energía positiva que incluimos en cada detalle!
Small things can inspire men for great endeavors. More than a hundred years ago The Wright brothers used the principle of the maple seed fall to design their propeller which was the first successful attempt at flight by man. At Maple Propeller, we believe that well made stylish menswear and accessories can inspire men to...change the world. Or at least… feel better and live more interesting life!

My name is Gediminas, together with my wife Milda, we run Maple propeller. We design and make men’s apparel and accessories. We live and work in Kaunas, Lithuania (Europe)
We both were born into the families which were self-taught and professional tailors for several generations. Milda’s father has been a sewing and knitting machine engineer who together with his wife started a sewing manufacture 25 years ago and this is where Maple propeller garments are made today.
For the last couple of years I was wearing only the trousers that were made according to my and Milda’s design . So when in December 2013 a friend invited to participate in a Christmas charity fair with all things handmade, the idea of Maple propeller was born and came to being. From my own experience I knew that to find smart casual stylish pants made of quality fabrics yet affordable was really difficult, even online, so we decide to address this niche.
Maple propeller garments can be described as a smart style, great colors, fabrics and interesting details. The main idea behind Maple propeller brand is that small things can inspire men for great endeavors, so we do strive to create that “something” that could attract attention and give new feelings, thoughts and experiences for our clients.
Just after launching our first collection of trousers, we realized we need high quality colorful and powerful socks for men to complement our trousers! Thus, the new product line was born and we currently offer 5 different colorful and powerful sock designs.
Our inspirations come from observing the world around us – colors, nature, people, art works, new places when travelling. They start to take shape when we visit our fabric suppliers and see new fabrics that arrive. We use quality wool, cotton, silk blends with no or only small amount of synthetics. The most important question we ask ourselves when choosing a fabric is – would I want to wear that?
We hope you will enjoy wearing Maple propeller pants & socks as much as we enjoyed creating them. There is much imagination, craft and positive energy we include into every detail!
