Custom and personalized orders
Yes, we do accept custom as well as personalized orders on many of our products and designs. Please message us with your request.
What is your Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
All products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of these items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason including, but not limited to, customer ordering errors, incorrect option selections, personalization details submitted by the buyer, or a change of mind after purchase.
If a return is accepted for any reason other than a verified defect or seller error, the buyer is fully responsible for all shipping costs associated with the entire transaction, including original shipping, return shipping, and any reshipment costs, if applicable. They may also be a restocking fee!
Will you adjust the price of my order if the item goes on sale?
Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust the price of an order if the item goes on sale. As a small business, we do not have the resources to accommodate such adjustments. Thank you for your understanding.
What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
Marula Tree Designs is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen - these are all circumstances which are beyond our control.
Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item to you. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.
If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
Pacakage arrived damaged. What do I do?
If an item breaks in shipment you MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging.
**Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving!
My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?
Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and THESE WILL INCREASE DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will definitely get your shipment, but we are in no position to guarantee the timeline. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not reach you on time.

Customs
All orders shipped outside of the United States are sent with a customs declaration attached. Any customs fees, duties and handling charges, tax etc. is the responsibility of the buyer.
The above estimated shipping times are the time taken for your parcel to arrive in your country. Time to arrive to your door will depend on custom clearance. At busy times of the year, it will take longer to clear customs.
We are not responsible for delays in customs.

What is the processing time for my order?
Please allow 3-7 business days for processing, printing and the preparation for shipment of all orders.
Please note: this is not the same as shipping time that was shown during the checkout process!
