I didn’t receive my order
Can you please double check the email that came from Etsy? There is a really small link to download your files. Also, (what I like to prefer with my Etsy purchases) go to your Etsy page on browser (not the phone) and go to ”my purchases and reviews” section. there you will find all the files easily.
