Custom and personalized orders

Most items can be personalized or customized. Please read through the listing details first before contacting the seller

Some items have a “Custom Order List” you are looking for something very specific and it I not listed in the shop.

Please know the seller has the right to accept or deny any personalized design that is not currently available in the shop.

Care instructions

For Tumblers, cold cups, drink-ware and water bottles

1. HAND WASH ONLY
2. NOT dishwasher safe
3. NOT microwave safe
4. DO NOT soak in warm water
5.Gently was with Soap and Water
6. Please do not leave drink-ware in extreme temps as could cause damage to cups
7. Try to avoid dropping item. As I know that’s sometimes hard to do, but due to the outside protective coat, dropping it could cause this to chip off or break in areas. These will not be replaced if this happens.

For T-Shirts

1. DO NOT dry clean
2. Wash in cold or warm water ONLY
3. Use mild detergent
4. Dry on low/tumble setting it hang dry
5. DO NOT iron directly on design

Sizing details

T shirts are unisex sizes. They are S- 3XL. 2Xl and 3XL cost an additional $2.

What does that style of tumbler look like?

* Leopard #1: leopard print is decaled on
* leopard #2: leopard print is hand painted/glittered on
* leopard #3: leopard print is gloss underneath a matte finish
* zentangle: henna, paisley, zen tangle design meant to feel raised on tumbler but actually is smooth
* horizontal stripe #1: 11 stripes total
* horizontal stripes #2: 4 stripes total
*horizontal #3: 3 stripes total
*sports teams: helmet like tumbler. Can put names but other items (logos etc) please discuss with seller
*marbled/galaxy: swirled colors. No two will look the same
* smoked: flamed/ fire based tumbler effect
*acrylic pour: 4-5 colors poured to drip into a design. No two will look alike
* all others are as the name suggests

What do I do if my item is damaged ?

If you’re item is damaged when you receive it please contact within You 48 hours of the damage. Please send us a picture and description of the damage. We will take a look and make a sound decision on next steps.
After 48 hours of receipt of your item there is nothing our shop can do to replace or make amends to your product. Each product in our shop is individually and custom made at the time of your order.

The only exception to this is our sale items or ready to ship items as those have some
Imperfections and that’s why they have already been discounted. These items are final sale, can not be returned, refunded or remade at a discounted or free price
