Payments can be made via international bank transfer, or PayPal. My shop also accepts Etsy gift cards.
Payment is required immediately with the order. Processing of orders will begin within 24 hours after the payment is received. Unpaid orders will be canceled. If the payment does not arrive within three business days, I will re-list the product, but if there is a problem and you need me to wait a bit longer, please contact me asap.
All possible customs fees and taxes for purchases from countries outside of the European Union are the responsibly of the buyer.
Buyers of my products from EU pay 0% VAT.

Delivery
All other than custom made items are packed carefully either in bubble wrap or other material that softens the package. I do ship items in 1-3 business days.
I use First Class Priority shipping with delivery times 2 – 5 business days for EU and 4 – 10 business days for the big cities in the US, CA, AU. For other destinations no estimate is available.
Please note that the time possibly spent in custom services is not included. It's also possible that you need to pay taxes (VAT) or customs/handling costs for your own country, but note that they cannot be included in the price charged here.
You will receive an email when the item is sent out. All items will normally be sent out via First Class Priority mail. Tracking and insurance are not available for this shipping option. More shipping options are available upon request.

There will be "Customs declaration" sticker in every package. If You have purchased the item(s) as a gift, please provide me an alternative address. In the sticker, I have to write the content of the package and main material.
