Hello and welcome to the Miles & Louie etsy store, hope you like what you see and find what you're looking for. We offer customization service on most of our products, so please don't hesitate in contacting us if you have any questions.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Undamaged goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery to exchange for a different size, product or store credit.

We're sorry but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless defective or incorrect (this includes: color, model, finishes or specs such as type of leather or sole). Please purchase seriously and be as specific as possible when ordering a custom made job.
Payment
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

No merchandise will be sent until complete payment is fulfilled.
Shipping
All of our pieces are made to order, so please allow 3 - 4 weeks for your items to be produced and shipped.

U.S. orders are shipped via USPS - Priority Mail Service, which takes 1-3 days to deliver and includes a tracking number.

International shipping is made via USPS - First Class Mail International for it to be more affordable for our clients. Delivery with this service usually takes 10 - 15 days to be completed, but can vary depending destination, and does not include a tracking number. If you wish to upgrade to a faster service or include a tracking number please let us know.

Once your order has shipped we will provide a tracking number (if applicable) and picture of receipt as proof. After shipping it becomes responsibility of the carrier.
