*******DTG (direct to garment) orders will take 5-9 business days (Monday- Friday, non-holidays) to make the item after the order is placed and ships out the following business day. Anyone wanting a rush order needs to contact us via Etsy conversation *** BEFORE*** their purchase so that we can set up a custom rush order listing for them. The rush fee is $10 per item. Rush orders are completed in 1 business day. Please note that, due to the reduced time frame for completion of rush orders, no custom changes will be allowed. Size and placement may vary depending on the size of shirt.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DAY OF PURCHASE DOES NOT COUNT AS A PRODUCTION DAY.

The colors on designs will be as they are in the listing. Custom changes (such a color changes) need to be discussed PRIOR to purchase. This is due to the fact that there may be a design fee involved.

While we may choose to allow a return or refund, we reserve the right to deny a return or refund if it has been longer than 2 days since the item was delivered. This is necessary due to an occasional unscrupulous customer receiving a shirt, wearing it for a party or event the next day, and then claiming there is a "stain" or other such flaw and wanting to return the item. Same applies to bows in our shop. We have a NO return policy on tumblers due to sanitary considerations.

TEAM BOW ORDERS: Because of the extra time needed to complete larger orders large orders may have a longer production time. This would be discussed prior to any purchase.

USPS First class mail TYPICALLY takes from 3-7 business days but can take longer depending on the mail service to your area. There are times that USPS can take longer than what their online estimates indicate. In short, DO NOT ASSUME YOU WILL HAVE YOUR ITEM BY A CERTAIN DATE. We generally recommend choosing Priority Mail for shipping. It is faster and come with insurance. Regardless of the type of shipping selected, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your package's tracking number once your order has been shipped. Remember, once an item has been shipped it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for a package taking longer than expected to arrive. That is the responsibility of the USPS.

PLEASE verify that your shipping address is correct BEFORE making your purchase. If a change in shipping address is requested after the purchase is made the order will be canceled and you will have to resubmit your order using the correct shipping address.

We do not provide proofs on standard orders. The only items we provide proofs for are custom designed items (for which there is also a custom design fee). Any custom designs or color changes requires for you to purchase an upgrade .

****CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you have placed your order it is immediately placed into our production queue. At that time NO cancellation or changes to the orders can be made. By placing your order you are confirming that you have read and reviewed all shop policies and information in the listing.****

As we have a families of our own, please keep in mind that we reserve our weekends for our families and generally do not work them and are closed on all holidays. Thanks for your understanding.
