Thank you for shopping with Mirror Image Media. Your privacy matters, and I want to be transparent about how your information is used when you purchase from my shop.

Information I receive

When you place an order, Etsy shares with me the information necessary to fulfill it — including your name, email address, shipping address, and the details of your purchase. I receive only what Etsy provides as part of the transaction process.

How I use your information

I use your information solely to fulfill your order, communicate with you about your purchase, and provide customer support. I do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (for example, sharing your shipping address with Printify to produce and ship your physical order).

Digital downloads

For digital purchases, your file is delivered automatically through Etsy. I do not store or have ongoing access to your payment information at any time.
Physical orders

Physical orders are fulfilled through Printify, a print-on-demand service. Your shipping information is passed to Printify for the sole purpose of producing and delivering your order. Printify's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

Marketing

I will not add you to any mailing list or contact you for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Any future communications will include a clear option to opt out.

Data retention

I retain order information only as long as necessary to fulfill your order and comply with legal obligations, such as tax record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To make a request, please contact me directly through Etsy messaging.
