About – Miss Blue Sky Studio
Miss Blue Sky was born from a turning point in my life.
After my father passed away, I went through a long season of emotional fog — grief, exhaustion, and the feeling of being quietly lost. Everything felt heavy, overwhelming. I needed a space where I could breathe again, gently, one small moment at a time.
That’s when I returned to journaling.
Writing became a way to release what was too much, calm my mind, make sense of my emotions, and slowly reconnect with myself. I began creating my own pages — softer, calmer, more human — far from pressure, productivity culture, or toxic positivity.
Little by little, Miss Blue Sky took shape. Today, it’s a space created for women who feel overwhelmed — whether because they have an ADHD mind, are navigating grief or heartbreak, going through burnout or major life transitions, or simply feeling lost and disconnected from themselves.
Here, you’ll find printable journals and gentle self-care tools designed to help you:
- calm mental overload,
- create clarity without pressure,
- process emotions safely,
- reset and start again,
- and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
No pressure.
No perfection.
Just gentle tools for difficult days.
My approach is rooted in:
🩵 calming, feminine and soothing design
🩵 simple, thoughtful prompts that feel accessible
🩵 ADHD-friendly and overwhelmed-friendly structure
🩵 a philosophy of gentle, realistic growth
🩵 compassionate self-care — not another thing to “do right”
Miss Blue Sky is my creative home. But my hope is that it becomes a small, steady source of light for you, too.
If these pages help you feel a little calmer, a little clearer, a little more like yourself —
then this project has meaning.
Welcome to your new blue sky. 💙
