I did not get my item. I had to contact S and S software company and Etsy before anything was done. I was in the process of filing a claim for money return when finally it was resolved. I do not suggest to anyone to use this paticular store for the embroidery software. Actually, I don't think I will ever use this store again.

I absolutely love Sew What Pro. I would advise other people wanting to purchase it that it does take some time for the code to be emailed back. I had to wait right at four days. So I would advise others to order it before the demo trial expires.

It took 58 hours to get my code not 48. I don't mind it taking longer but you should probably change the 48hrs on your site since it seems to be and issue. Also, I only received 8 of my 11 free fonts. I contacted the owner once but the only addressed my request for the code and not the missing fonts. I have messaged them a second time asking about the fonts so we'll see if they come.

It has been 48 hours in which the listing says up to 48 hours and usually within hours. I have still not gotten my activation code. I messaged the seller last night because I realized my trial had expired, just to ask for an ETA. They responded this morning with, "should be any minute". That was 11 hours ago and I still do not have the code and I sent another message several hours ago asking how it would be sent, not sure if it would be sent through etsy per the conversation option or emailed. But I didn't hear back. I will be opening a case asap to get my money back. Beware! Read other reviews (I didn't until now). Others have not received it as well.

Ordered first thing on Friday am. It stated the download for sew what pro would be available in 48 hours. Ive tried emailing several times with no response.

Stitched out beautifully, perfect font for my project!

I love the fonts and so far they seem to stitch out nicely. I had to contact the shop twice to get the download link. It wasn't emailed to me within the 48 hour claim on their website. I was a little annoyed with that, but I'm happy now that I've received the product.

I never received order! Made several attempts to contact this shop to resolve issue...no reply.

Perfect! Received the code as expected & love this software!!
