Sono andato in pensione dopo 31 anni trascorsi in uno studio di ingegneria e volevo dedicarmi a un hobby divertente. Poi ho voluto aggiungere un alimento sano per controbilanciare il dolce dessert, quindi mi sono concentrato sullo Spam Musubi, un altro piatto hawaiano inventato a Kauai. Mia moglie, nata alle Hawaii, aveva bisogno di preparare molti spam musubi per una vendita di dolci della scuola, quindi ho inventato il produttore di musubi Mo Bettah e ha funzionato alla grande. Gli amici hanno richiesto lo stampo, poi le aziende e poi hanno richiesto dimensioni diverse. Mi sono concentrato nel realizzare ciò che nessun altro realizza o nel realizzarlo con la migliore qualità. Ho inventato alcuni normali articoli da cucina che non erano realizzati da nessun altro. Mi sforzo sempre di ottenere un accordo equo che fornisca valore e renda la vita un po' migliore. Le ricompense personali di sentire come ho riempito le piccole imprese perché possono creare un sacco di prodotti da vendere o feedback su articoli unici a cui nessuno ha pensato. I retired after 31 years at an engineering firm and wanted to pursue a fun hobby business. This business allowed me to get out and connect with people. i love seeing the smiles and amazement on faces that have never had a such high quality Hawaiian shave ice treat. Then I wanted to add a wholesome food to counter balance the sweet dessert so I focused on Spam Musubi another hawaiian favorite invented in Kauai. My Hawaii born wife had a need to make many spam musubi for a school bake sale, so I invented the Mo Bettah musubi maker and it worked out great . Friends requested the mold, and then businesses, and then they requested different sizes. Now I make a full line of very high quality, full line of stainless steel musubi molds and accessories to make various types of musubi. I have focused on making what no one else is making or making it with the best quality. I invented a few regular kitchen items that were not made by anyone else. I always strive for a fair deal that provides value and makes life a little better. The personal rewards of hearing how I have fulled small businesses because they can make a lot of product to sell or feedback on unique items that no one thought about. that is what drives.
