Gift wrapping and packaging
At this time I am unable to provide gift wrapping, gift packaging, or gift notes. I hope in the future our print partners are able to provide this for us all, but at this time they are unavailable. I apologize for any inconvenience.
Care instructions
For any outdoor flags, I highly suggest treating with a light coat of UV protectant spray, available at your local hardware store, before putting out in the elements. Should you need to clean it, gently spot clean as needed.
Returns and Exchanges
In an effort to reduce cost and waste, each product is printed only when ordered, and therefore created just for you. Due to the custom nature of these products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
In the exceedingly rare situation you are sent the incorrect product or there is a defect, please send me a direct message within (3) days of receiving your package and include pictures, which will help expedite the replacement process.
Delivery Is Missing
If your order has been flagged as "Delivered" by the carrier, I cannot apply a refund or issue a replacement. It's not uncommon for packages to accidently be delivered to a neighbor or turn up the next day, so I suggest starting there. Accidents happen and our mail carriers are busy!
In the off chance your package does not show up, but is marked as delivered by the carrier, we can help open a case and provide you information for your local authorities to file a formal police report with.
Holiday Deadlines
Orders placed after 12/4 may not arrive in time for Christmas morning. Orders will still be accepted after this date and will be processed as soon as possible, but may not arrive before Christmas Day. Please plan accordingly as refunds will not be provided for orders that are delivered within their estimated window. Be sure to check the arrival estimates on listed on each item, as it it printed when ordered to help reduce waste and keep costs down.
