Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each product is made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
There’s no need to return the damaged product.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours after purchase.
Once production begins, we’re unable to make changes or cancel the order, since each item is printed specifically for you.
Please double-check your details (size, color, spelling, etc.) before confirming your purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Each product is made to order and ships directly from our print partners.
• Production time: 2–5 business days
• Shipping time:
– USA: 3–7 business days
– International: 1–3 weeks depending on destination and customs.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
What if my package is lost or doesn’t arrive?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We’ll help track it down and, if it’s confirmed lost, arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship internationally. Our print providers have fulfillment centers in the US, EU, and other regions — your order will be shipped from the location closest to you whenever possible to reduce delivery time.
