How do I download my files after I buy?
Your files are ready the moment payment clears. Etsy emails you a download link, and the files also sit in your account under Purchases and reviews. One important thing: digital files cannot be opened in the Etsy mobile APP. Sign in through a browser instead - Safari or Chrome on your phone, or any computer - then go to Purchases and reviews and press Download. If anything gives you trouble, message me and I will sort it out.
Can I print it, or is it just for reading on a screen?
Both. Every page is built for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), so it prints cleanly at home, and it reads well on a phone or tablet too. Most people print the parts they want to keep in front of them - the tea chart, the food list, the label checklist and the symptom tracker - and read the rest on a screen. On A4 paper, choose Fit to page when you print.
Is this medical advice?
No. Everything in these guides is educational. It is not a diagnosis and it is not a substitute for care from your own healthcare provider. Please talk to your provider before changing your diet, herbs or routine, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.
Do I have to buy supplements to use this?
No, and that is deliberate. There are no isolated supplements or synthetic vitamins anywhere in these guides. Every recommendation is a whole food or a whole herb you can buy at a grocery store, and we explain where organic matters most and where it matters less.
Can I get a refund, or share the file with a friend?
Because the files download instantly, all sales are final - that is Etsy's policy for digital items. If something is wrong with a file, message me and I will fix it. The guides are licensed for your own personal use, so please do not resell, redistribute or forward the files. If a friend wants one, send her the shop link instead.
