1 out of 5 starsI was excited about this gift, as I was gifting it to my mother for Mother’s Day. Upon arrival, I noticed the image was very dim. I figured it needed to charge, so I charged it. I clicked the button again and it blinked and wouldn’t turn on at all. I reached out to Sam and we went through the steps of showing pics/videos, and she asked if I’d like a replacement. I said yes as I genuinely loved the gift. She said she’d send the label and get back to me, though it was 1-2 weeks before I reached back out asking about the label. She said she would check and then she went silent again for another week or so. I submitted a ticket through Etsy and she just apologized about not being able to find the label and asked if I wanted a refund. I said I’d rather have the replacement and she didn’t respond and just issued the refund. So bummer!

5 out of 5 starsThe item was perfectly delivered and the customer service was great. I'm in love with this music box which was a special gift for my boyfriend. Great craftsmanship and I love every detail. Will potential buy from the seller again. There was a delivery problem but that was my own fault and was sorted through the vendor with grace and maturity. Just so happy it arrived.
