I was extremely impressed with the quality of the embroidery and how the images of my family were an exact replica of us. The level of detail and expertise was incredible. She worked with me to get the most perfect version of the gift. We went back and forth for a while to hone things to get it just right and not once did she make me feel I was demanding or a burden. She was receptive to all of my suggestions and tweaks which is a level of customer service you just don’t see anymore. Highly recommend and will be coming back to the shop for future orders!!
