All parcels aside from flat items sent as letters are covered for loss or damage. If this has happened to you, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your package, and we can apply for compensation via the shipping company. A refund will only be issued if cover is approved by the company.

I DO NOT accept any returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations due to a change of mind.

Otherwise, only if pre-orders have not been met, if I have incorrectly fulfilled the order, or if there is a serious fault in the products (as judged by me), will I offer a refund. Please keep in mind the grading systems.

A certain amount of pre-orders are needed to cover the upfront costs of manufacturing a pin.
Once pre-order numbers have been met and the pin has been funded, only then does production begin. If there is very little interest in a pin, the pre-order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Manufacturing can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks, plus shipping to me. With the current COVID-19 pandemic, it may take two months. After they have been made, the pins are sent to me, graded, packaged, and shipped to you.
Pre-orders take a very long time to reach the customer, so the prices are cheaper than the in-stocks, and many freebies like photocards and stickers are included in the package as a thank you for waiting so long!

Because there are handmade aspects to the pin and jewellery manufacturing process, items can have minor faults to them. Items with faults are sold at a cheaper price according to the degree of the fault:

A Grade (Standard) - Unnoticeable, if any faults
B Grade - Minor faults that can only be seen up close
C Grade - Noticeable faults
Seconds - Significant faults or other damage to the item

INTERNATIONAL
Flat Items: AusPost Letter - ~US$3 - up to 2 months
Other Items: Sendle - ~US$15 - 21-35 business days

Fast and Express options are available for all locations at a cost.

International postage times and prices vary depending on the country. It's the buyer's responsibility to purchase tracked or express shipping if they require it.

I try to package my orders as sustainably as possible within my price range. I use no plastic, and if I do, it is something I am reusing. I encourage customers to reuse all materials when possible.

If you have incorrectly entered your details when checking out, please contact me via etsy or email within 24 hours or as soon as possible after placing the order. Include your full name, order number, and correct address. IF I haven't already shipped it out, I will amend the details, but if you contact me after I have shipped your order, then I cannot offer a refund. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all details are correct before purchase.

If I find that you have entered the wrong address format, I will contact you as soon as I discover this asking for correct information.

Please allow 1-5 business days for me to pack and dispatch your order.

Please note that pre-orders may take over 2 months to be manufactured and arrive to me. Please add this processing time and shipping time on top of that.

It is the buyer's responsibility to cover any customs fees that may occur. Once the parcel has left my hands, I have no physical control over it - therefore I am not responsible for any delays due to customs issues.
