5 out of 5 starsThis is just what I was looking for. I just wish I could download the pictures for the boxes of each person and insert them easily. I can still get the job done, but it's not as easy as it could be.

5 out of 5 starsThese sheets had what I was looking for. I did add a section for Census collection. Adjusting the needs to fit a large family took a little time. The seller is responsive and patient. She walk me through how she envisioned the forms to be used. This allowed me to stay focused on the primary person. Thank you!
