5 out of 5 starsSeller has a genuine passion for what they do and I respect the life experiences they have shared thru buying this item. The dread bead is exactly what I wanted and they were nice enough to send an extra sleeve for the delay which was really thoughtful and unexpected gesture on their behalf. After there was a mistake with postage that was out of their control the seller did everything in their power to help make it right and it was all good!! I will be buying another soon from this seller to compliment the ones I have, I like odd numbers In design, so now that have two I need one more to round it out. Peace !

3 out of 5 starsGreat product, had no problems with the actual product itself. Arrived intact, packaged well, and just as expected. The shipping on the other hand was very annoying, it took weeks to be shipped out and weeks to be delivered. It arrived about a month later, but the postage was not enough so I had to pay an additional few dollars to the post office just to recieve the package.

3 out of 5 starsThe first envelope I received had nothing but tissue paper inside. The seller claims the items had to have fallen out because he’s sure he packed it but the envelope was empty. We’re both confused. The seller is apologetic and has shipped a new envelope. Will post update.
