We use Royal Mail as our main shipping partners. We have found these to be reliable and cost effective for our customers. If you are local an would like to pick up free of charge, that is no problem.

Can I return my item?
Unfortunately, as all of our items are made to order, you are unable to return a personalised item.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and ship all items within 72 working hours of receiving the order. We ship with Royal Mail tracked 48 and you can upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail tracked 24 at checkout. ETSY will set the timescale on how long it will take to receive your order.
Do you ship overseas from the UK?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Orders that are being shipped worldwide will take longer to get to their destination than UK orders. So please bare in mind the extra timescale when purchasing.
What do I do if my item is damaged in transit?
As soon as you receive your item and you realise it is damaged. Please take a photo of the damage and all of the damaged packaging. You may message us via ETSY messages for further instructions. Please attach all photo's to the message.
