星 5 個のうち 1 個I gave these items 1 star because "there ain't no zeroes". They were not what I need, but upon inquiring was told that no returns or refunds would be accepted. I will not do business with this "shop" again, and I may just stop ordering from Etsy completely. Before this I had good service from Etsy shops.

Hello Joe, I’m sorry the items didn’t meet your expectations. As noted in my FAQ on every listing, returns and refunds are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, with photos provided within 24 hours so we can assist promptly. Since each piece is handmade, slight variations are normal and part of the charm. The drawer dimensions (9.5 cm × 6.5 cm) were also included in the listing to help with sizing decisions. While I cannot offer a refund for non-damaged items, I appreciate your feedback and hope this clarifies our shop policies.

星 5 個のうち 3 個All Good. Quality, Shipping, Packing. I did encounter a few splinters when I was getting the item out of the box so that might be something to remedy. My complaint is the small inner size of each drawer. Not very much room, partly because the sides are unnecessarily thick for the drawer size. I need drawers with more capacity, especially lengthwise. I'm sure they would be good for sewing supplies and such. I am going to return both apothecaries.
