Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made to order, we don't offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. But if there’s any issue, reach out — we’ll make it right.
How long will my order take?
Most items ship within 3–7 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but you’ll get tracking info once your order’s on the move.
What sizes do you carry?
Most of our tees are available from S to 3XL, depending on the style. Check the size chart in each listing before ordering — and when in doubt, size up for that comfy studio fit.
What’s the best way to care for my shirt?
Turn it inside out, wash cold, and hang dry if you can — or tumble dry low. This keeps the print crisp and the fabric feeling smooth, gig after gig.
Can I request a custom design?
Not yet — but we’re working on offering custom runs in the future. Got a killer idea or lyric? Drop us a message and we might work it into a future release.
Where are your products made?
All apparel is printed and shipped by our print-on-demand partners in the US and Europe. Each piece is made just for you — no warehouses, no waste.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Send us a message with a photo within 2 days of delivery. We’ll get a replacement out to you ASAP.
What if something I order is out-of-stock?
While very unusual, there are rare instances where the inventory system may not update quickly enough to reflect current stock levels. This is unfortunately out of our control. If you happen to purchase an item that has just become unavailable, I will email you within 24 hours to discuss your options:
· Choose a different color or size that is currently in stock
· Cancel the order for a full refund immediately
