I had sent Ozdem a few pictures of a bag that I wanted her to make for me. It was a complicated task because the bag was very large and complex in design. Ozdem rose to the challenge and made me one almost identical to the one in the pictures that I had sent her. It was delivered on time and well-packaged. The bag is just perfect. i put my wallet, phone and keys in it easily and there is still enough space to put something. Also the leather is soft and very high quality. the handwork is also very good. the seller has an amazing tallent.

Really cute and functional bag! A lot lighter than it looks likely due to the material. Plenty of room for personal items and books. The function to transition from shoulder bag to backpack is convenient too. Thank you! (:

I originally loved the bag when I received it. Once I started to use it, however, I began to have issues. the bag never stayed closed and the latch that kept the one strap secure broke off 2 months after I started using it. I am gentle with the bag, so it should not have broken so easily. Bag is cute but not functional at all.
