1. What exactly am I purchasing?
All PMTales™ products are digital downloads.
No physical items will be shipped.
Depending on the product, you may receive:
- Creature Cards (PNG, JPG, PDF)
- Printable workshop tools
- PM templates (Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- A PDF guide linking to your files
Everything arrives instantly after purchase.
2. How do I access my files?
Etsy will immediately provide a PDF download guide.
Open it → click the Google Drive link → download your files.
If you have trouble accessing anything, send me a message and I’ll help quickly.
3. Do I need special software to use the templates?
No.
PMTales files are delivered in commonly used formats
4. How do I print the Creature Cards or workshop tools?
All cards and printables are 5×7 inches or Letter/A4 and 300 DPI, perfect for:
-Home printers
-Office printers
-Professional print shops
-Online printing services
For workshops, lamination is recommended.
5. Can I use the files in workshops, meetings, or training?
Yes — PMTales products come with a personal and internal-use license.
You may use them in:
- Workshops you personally run
- Internal team training
- Retrospectives & facilitation
- Classroom instruction (non-commercial)
If you need PMO-wide, classroom-wide, or commercial licensing, message me.
6. Can I share the files with my team or students?
No.
Sharing, redistributing, or uploading the files to shared drives is not permitted.
Each purchase is for one facilitator/project manager.
(If your team needs access, I offer multi-user licenses.)
7. Are commercial rights included with templates or cards?
Not by default.
You may not include PMTales assets inside:
- Paid courses
- Memberships
- Client deliverables
- Online programs
- Apps or software
- Any commercial product

8. Can I request custom templates or custom creature cards?
Yes!
If you need a custom PM template, workshop tool, or a bespoke creature card for your organization or team, send me a message.
9. Will the Google Drive links expire?
No — your access does not expire.
If you ever lose your files, I’ll resend them.
10. Do you release new templates and creature packs?
Yes — new PMTales™ products launch regularly.
