    Don’t buy from this seller he doesn’t respond straight back. I tried to cancel as straight away after realising all the extra charges they put on top of the item. The Ferrari puzzle cost £42.36 ended up paying £75. The seller wouldn’t cancel my order I gave him plenty of time too he ignored my messages very unprofessional the puzzle has just arrived and it so thin and cheap looking don’t bother wasting your money.

    We appreciate your understanding. The jigsaw puzzle is made on a print-on-demand basis, which means that once the order is placed with the factory, we are unable to cancel it. At the time you contacted us, the puzzle was already in the printing process. Additionally, the shipping cost is clearly stated on the product page to ensure full transparency.
