    I suggest making sure the seller is of a high integrity. Debora who I dealt with was not honest and did not send me my item and wanted my credit information so she could return my money. This was a false reason to get access to my credit information. She knows they should not be asking her customers from Etsy their credit information. So, to enhance your credibility and make feel comfortable ordering from Etsy they need to trust the sellers.

    If anyone believes this ridiculous review I have all the messages saved between us! I offered many times to refund his money and he told me he was just going to let Etsy handle it. This happened a couple times this last holiday season that it took much longer to get there art. I refunded everyone who wanted a refund and it eventually got delivered and they were honest enough to tell me and send me my money back. There is always that one unhappy person that no matter what you offer, nothing will make them happy.
