Gift wrapping and packaging
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or custom packaging. All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely, but not in gift-ready wrapping. However, you’re welcome to include a gift message at checkout, and I’ll be sure to include it with the order!
How do I edit the editable PDF files?
To ensure the editable PDFs work properly, I recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on a desktop or laptop. This free software can be downloaded directly from Adobe's official site:

Once opened in Adobe Reader, simply click on the text fields to type your custom text - no special software or skills required.
💡 Extra Tip:
To customize the font, size, color, or spacing, you can open the Properties Bar by pressing Ctrl + E (Windows) or Cmd + E (Mac).
If that doesn’t work, you can also go to:
View > Show/Hide > Toolbar Items > Show Properties Bar
Will I be refunded if I return an item or if my package is lost in the mail?
If you're eligible for a refund on a physical item, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable once the package has been accepted by the postal service, whether the item is returned or lost in transit.
If your order goes missing, I’ll do my best to assist you in filing a claim with the postal service and resolving the issue - but I’m unable to refund shipping fees once the package has entered their system.
