What if I accidentally put the wrong address on shipping info ?
Please contact us immediately with the correct address as long as it has not been shipped yet.
How will you ship balloons? Does balloon come already blown up with helium?
Balloons will come deflated when you received it.

Can I request custom orders ? How the process will be ?
Simply shoot me a message through "Message Seller" button on the right of the product display page. Let me know how you want to customize your order, I try our best to achieve all customers' desires.
However, be aware that these two items cannot be customized.

How long will I get my package ?
It usually takes 3-7 business days within the U.S mainland for Standard shipping.
You can also upgrade to 2-day priority ( normally 2-4 days) or priority express shipping (normally 1-2 days) to get it faster. Please note that the time frame is an estimate, and can not be guaranteed.
We do take international orders. However, the price and shipping time will be vary depends on the location that package goes to. Questions? Contact us please !
Are these balloons for helium or air only?
All balloons can be filled with Helium and air, except for these three conditions.
1. Mylar balloons that are less than 18"
2. Latex balloons that are less than 10"
3. 30” love script balloons.
What should I do if there's issue with my order ?
Please contact us immediately, and we require the photos for the issue to better assist you.
What if i do not receive my package but tracking shows it delivered?
Please check with other members of your family and neighbors to see if one of them could have received it first, and if not, try to contact your local post office (We ship via USPS) to see if they have it.
