Do you accept cancellations?

Cancellations are only possible within a 24-hour window after the order was placed. I will not accept cancellations otherwise. I do not accept returns. I will happily replace/refund your order if it arrives damaged or the printing is defective, or if you receive the wrong item. I require photos of damaged or defective products beforehand. If you enter the wrong address on your order, I will not resend the item again for free.

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that you will receive your order by a specific date. The post office can be unpredictable, such as during the holidays.

When will I receive my order?

Items typically arrive 1-2 weeks after the order is placed (US domestic orders), or 2-4 weeks for international orders. PLEASE NOTE: shipping is longer during the holidays, such as Christmas.
