What do I get when I order a downloadable pattern?
You get one or several PDF files: the pattern/s that you print out to use (A4 paper size). All instructions are in English.
How do I find my pattern files?
Whenever you order a digital download your files are available immediately/within a few minutes.
If you have ordered with an etsy account: To access your files, just go to the main Etsy homepage and click your profile picture on the top right hand side, then a drop down menu will appear. Just click purchases and downloads and your files will be here ready to download whenever you want!
If you have ordered as a guest: Etsy will send you a confirmation email with a link to download your patterns.
Please note, you will not be able to access and download your files from the Etsy app, you will need to use a browser.
How do I know if my sewing pattern was printed out correctly?
Your sewing pattern was printed out correctly if the outer edges of the "test square" measures 5 cm. If you don't get these measurements, check your printer settings and try again!
I ordered but sent the files to an old email address, can you help?
In this case, please send me a message with proof of your order, or order number and the name that the order was placed under and I will send the files over as soon as I can.
If you do not have access to this, I will need the full name the order was placed under and the email address associated with the order.
Do you sell printed patterns?
At the moment I don't offer physical patterns.
