How does the custom design process work?
Order the Custom Vial Label Design listing and send your brand name, logo (if you have one), colors and the text you want on the label. We send a first proof within 3–5 business days, then refine it with your feedback.
What's the turnaround?
Design: first proof in 3–5 business days. Printed label sets: ship within 3 business days of artwork approval. Need it faster or in bulk? Message us before ordering.
How many revisions are included?
2 rounds of revisions are included with every custom design. Extra rounds can be added for a small fee.
What printing finishes do you offer?
Holographic (rainbow shimmer, metallic look) and white gloss (bright, clean, smooth). Printed sets come in 30 labels. Not sure which fits your brand? We'll send a recommendation with your proof.
What file formats will I receive?
Print-ready high-res PDF and PNG files, plus an editable vector file (AI/SVG) on request, so you can print with us or any printer.
Who owns the design? Can you copy another brand's label?
Once your order is paid and approved, you get full rights to use your final design. You must own or have permission to use any logo or text you send us. We don't copy other companies' trademarks or artwork, and we don't put medical claims on labels, but we're happy to create an original design inspired by a style you love.
