Frequently asked questions
Shipping & Delivery
We only guarantees when your item will ship from our shop in Mars, PA. We do not offer delivery dates, as your package is no longer in our hands after it ships.
If a package is returned to Pink Lace Designs due to an incorrect shipping address provided or any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to redeliver. If the item ordered has free shipping, we can only offer this deal one time per order. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost.
A tracking number will be provided with every order. Please check the email address used during checkout for updates. If you have any shipping/delivery issues, please contact us. We would appreciate the opportunity to help!
Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel and refund/partially refund any order that does not have enough information provided during checkout. If your order cannot be completed, we will first attempt contact through Etsy, the email address on file, and even extend the shipping date. Please be sure to leave all the information needed at the time of purchase to avoid any delays.
Shop Business Days
Our shop constitutes Monday through Friday as business days, except when USPS/UPS is closed. We reserve the right to add 1-2 more production days if your order falls within a time frame of a federal holiday. Please note, that our production time is in business days. Thank you!

Lost, Damaged, Or Stolen Order
Although we take extra care of every order, there is the possibility that a package or item may arrive damaged by the shipping carrier or stolen. Please send a message right away if this happens. There are many different circumstances, and we'd be happy to offer any help and information possible.
If you notice that your package has not moved in multiple days, please let us know. We will file all necessary claims with the shipping carrier and try our hardest to get it moving again. We do not consider an item lost until over 30 business days in transit.
Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.
