Elaboro a mano cada una de mis piedras antiestrés con arcilla polimérica, dejando volar mi imaginación. Comencé este proyecto en agosto de 2025 y me enamoré del proceso. Como madre latina que se queda en casa y a quien le diagnosticaron TDAH tardíamente, crear con arcilla es donde encuentro paz y tranquilidad.
Mis piedras son un poco diferentes a las piedras lisas comunes; las diseño con detalles únicos, texturas e incluso una parte giratoria para quienes necesitan una estimulación táctil adicional. Como mi mente siempre está llena de nuevas ideas, rara vez creo varias piezas, lo que significa que cada una es una creación original e irrepetible. I hand-craft each of my worry stones from polymer clay, letting my imagination lead the way. I started this journey in August 2025 and fell in love with the process. As a stay-at-home Latina mom with a late ADHD diagnosis, creating with clay is where I find my peace and regulation.
My stones are a bit different than the average smooth stone; I design them with unique bits, textures, and even a spinning portion for those who need extra tactile input. Because my mind is always buzzing with new ideas, I rarely create multiples—meaning every piece is a one-of-a-kind original.
