Do you offer Gift Messages?
Yes, we offer custom gift messages in all of our packages. Your custom gift message will be printed on the packing slip!
How long does it take to process my order?
Because these are woven to order, please allow 1–3 business days for us to create your blanket before it ships. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves the facility.
Where do your items ship from?
All our items are from North Carolina, USA.
Can you do rush orders?
No, sorry. Due to the printing process, I can't guarantee any faster production or shipping time than what is listed.
What is your return & refund policy?
Because each item is made-to-order just for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I will of course correct any items that are incorrect or damaged by shipping a new one to you. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me as I want to make sure you're happy!
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Because each blanket is custom-crafted, I work closely with a weaving partner to get your order onto the looms as quickly as possible, usually within a few hours of your purchase.
Once the weaving and production process has begun, I am unable to cancel the order. You are more than welcome to reach out immediately to see if your order has hit the loom yet, and if it hasn't, I’ll do my best to stop it for you. However, due to the fast nature of our production cycle, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
International shipping is taking a long time!
I ship everything via USPS Priority/First Class (or your local mail carrier if you are outside of the USA). Once packages are in their possession, I don't have control over it unfortunately. Once in a while with International orders, the package will get "stuck" at customs which causes a delay. If this happens, let me know and I can open a "missing package" case with USPS.
Please note I cannot offer a refund for these shipping delays, but if USPS determines the package is lost, I will ship a new one!
