After ordering, tracking showed the package was handled by a third-party logistics company (PYK/PYM Global) in Los Angeles, which functions as an intermediary for items actually arriving from overseas before final delivery through USPS. This fulfillment process was not clearly disclosed upfront, and it is misleading to buyers who reasonably assume domestic shipping when California is listed as the origin. As a result, delivery expectations were not what the listing suggested. Buyers should be aware that “ships from California” does not reflect the actual origin of the product, but rather a processing step through a forwarding service. The item is actually coming from outside of the US.
