Esta tienda nació de un espacio íntimo y personal. Escribir en mi diario se convirtió en mi terapia durante épocas de pérdida y duelo. En esos momentos de quietud, escribiendo y orando, encontré consuelo, fortaleza y sanación. Lo que comenzó como mi práctica personal de plasmar mis ideas en papel —o en la pantalla— se transformó en una vocación para crear herramientas que ayuden a otras mujeres a hacer lo mismo.

Hi, I’m Sonia—a Christian woman, mom of two and the heart behind PrayPlanThrive.
This shop was born from a quiet, personal place. Journaling became my therapy during seasons of loss and grief. In those still moments of writing and prayer, I found comfort, strength, and healing. What started as my own practice of putting pen to paper—or stylus to screen—became a calling to create tools that help other women do the same.
