星 5 個のうち 4 個The album itself was very pretty, super nice material. It arrived pretty fast too! My photos all look so cute I love the aesthetic and that the seller adds note cards for the slots. Unfortunately the only reason why I took off a star was because the elastic band that closes the album instantly snapped off as soon as I opened the album. I honestly really don’t care/need that feature but it was still a little meh to happen so fast.

Hi Sophie! Thank you so much for leaving this review and letting us know about this issue. We're so sorry that this happened, we try our hardest to do our quality control well and not accidentally send someone a product that isn't quite up to our standards, but this is a good reminder for us to be more thorough! We would love to make this right. I'll follow up with you on Etsy to see if we can send you a replacement or a partial refund for this experience.

Please note that we cannot personalize the design of our photo journals themselves. However, if you have special project requests (e.g. you want us to print photos to go into the photo album, or get custom-designed journal cards), please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll try to make it happen!
