4 out of 5 starsWorks well as described, but the text of the prompt needs checked since the text says the "- - no" parameter which is wrong and should be "--no". Also, the version parameter is for Midjourney 4 and should be updated for version 6. There are other things in the prompt that do nothing such as "on transparent png background".
