星 5 個のうち 5 個I had high expectations but the delivery was less than I expected the cotton bag was extremely thin and the stamp for the logo was not an ideal choice as recommended by the manufacturer it appears cheap and looks like it would fall off after a washer, the colors were nice as expected. August 21. Customer service contacted me an gave me a satisfying remedy to these issues I upgrade their customer service to 5 stars. They are kind.

▶ How do I place a custom packaging order?

If you already know which packaging product you need, you may place your order directly through the listing.
Logo customization is included in the listed price unless otherwise stated. After ordering, please email your logo file to:

▶ Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. Orders of 100 pieces or more may qualify for additional discounts.
For a customized quotation, please send us:

• Delivery country and postal code
We will provide a quotation based on your specific project.
▶ Can I order just one sample?
For fully customized packaging, we usually recommend placing a minimum order of 50 pieces.
Producing one customized piece requires many of the same setup steps as producing 50 pieces, including material preparation, size adjustment, logo setup and production testing. Therefore, ordering 50 pieces is generally more practical and cost-effective.
If you only need to check the material, color, texture or general appearance, please contact us before ordering. We can help you choose the most suitable sample option.
▶ What logo file formats do you accept?
Our preferred file formats are:AI,PDF,SVG,EPS
High-resolution PNG or PSD files may also be accepted :)
If you do not have a vector logo file, please send us the best-quality version available. We will review it and let you know whether it is suitable for production.
▶ Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes. For custom logo orders, we provide a digital proof before production begins. The proof will show:
• Logo size
• Logo position
• Printing or foil placement
• Product details
Please review all details carefully before approving the proof. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
▶ How long do production and shipping take?
Under normal circumstances:
• Production: approximately 10–14 days
• Shipping: approximately 10–14 days
The actual timeline may vary depending on the order quantity, customization requirements, destination and shipping conditions.
If there are any significant changes or delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.
▶ Will the color be exactly the same as shown in the photos?
Slight variations in color, texture or thickness may occur between different materials and production batches.
Colors may also appear different due to lighting, photography and screen settings.
If your project requires precise color matching, please contact us before ordering. We recommend confirming the color with a physical fabric sample before bulk production.
▶ Can I change, cancel or return my custom order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
Before proof approval and production, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible because custom products are made specifically for your project.
Custom orders are generally non-returnable unless there is a confirmed production defect or an error on our part. Please carefully review the size, material, color, quantity and logo details before approving the proof.
▶ Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Whenever available, we use shipping methods that include applicable import taxes and duties.
However, customs policies vary by country and region. In some cases, the recipient may be required to provide additional information or assist with customs clearance.
Please respond promptly if the carrier or customs authority contacts you. Delayed or incomplete customs cooperation may result in delivery delays, return charges, storage fees or disposal fees.
