Your files are available instantly! Once payment is confirmed, Etsy will send you an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime by logging into Etsy.com, going to "Your Account" -> "Purchases and reviews," and clicking the "Download Files" button.

Please note: If you cannot find the download button in the Etsy mobile app, simply log in to Etsy.com using your phone's internet browser (like Safari or Chrome) or use a computer to download your files.

Keeping it simple is our priority! You will need a color printer, standard A4 or US Letter paper, scissors, and a pen. For our special "hybrid" quests, you will also need a smartphone or tablet with internet access and a camera to scan QR codes for the digital surprises.

It’s super fast and easy! Depending on the specific mission, it usually takes parents only 10 to 15 minutes to print the pages, cut out the clue cards, and hide them around the house using our simple step-by-step guide. But it all depends on the quest itself.

Absolutely! Our quests are designed to boost teamwork. For the best experience, we recommend a group of 2-5 children per game. If you have a larger group for a birthday party, simply print multiple copies of the quest and split the kids into competing teams!

While the puzzles will still work in black and white, we highly recommend color printing. Our quests feature vibrant illustrations designed to immerse kids in the adventure, and color printing (at home or a local print shop) provides the best "wow" effect!
