Where can I download my files?
Once your purchase has gone through, you’ll be redirected to the Downloads page where you can find the ‘View your file’ link.
You will also receive an email from Etsy.
Alternatively, you can find your files at your Account - Purchases (https://etsy.com/your/purchases).
For downloading your files, please use Chrome or Safari on your device. The Etsy app does not support file downloads.
I haven’t received my files. Can you resend them?

I can’t open the file.
The file is in ZIP format and needs to be unzipped before use. On Windows and Mac, you can simply double-click to unzip. On iPhone, you can open it directly with the built-in “Files” app. On Android, some devices support ZIP natively, but if not, you can use a free unzip app such as WinZip or RAR.
The colors look different when I print.
Colors may vary depending on your printer model, paper type, and individual print settings. Each printer uses different technology and ink, so the final result may look slightly different from what you see on screen. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I share or resell my files purchased from you?
No. You are only allowed to use our printables for Personal Use only. All of our materials are copyrighted by QuietEveryday.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No. You’ll receive the files immediately after purchase, and therefore all sales are final.
