5 na 5 gwiazdekI adore this rug. It is a lot thicker than I would have anticipated and it is very nice soft material. It’s the perfect size for the space I have and a bigger one for a different area would be even cuter! The design is wonderful on it and the customer service was great!

5 na 5 gwiazdekI am absolutely in love with this beautiful Tororo rug! The quality is of the highest standard; it feels so natural, and the materials are incredibly soft! The weaving is beautifully artistic, and it honestly looks even better in person than I had imagined :) Also, the customer service from Rugvera was just as wonderful. They offered a wide variety of custom design options and were so patient, kind, and uncompromisingly professional throughout the whole process. I've already ordered my second rug from them and can't wait to receive it! Highly recommended.

Kupujący z Etsy w dniu 8 paź 2026
2 na 5 gwiazdekThe rug I received is not as high quality as what is shown in the photos. The design is not nearly as detailed or as aesthetically pleasing as I thought it was going to be based on the photo. However the rug is soft and is the size that I wanted.

Custom and personalised orders
"Transform your vision into reality with our custom rug service, featuring personalized designs and a seamless production workflow. We stand behind our artisanal quality with a 14-day return policy, though we celebrate the slight natural variations in color and weave that define our authentic, handmade craftsmanship."
Care instructions
To keep your rug looking beautiful for years:
Vacuum regularly using suction only (avoid brush rollers).
Rotate the rug every few months to ensure even wear.
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth—do not rub.
For deeper cleaning, use a professional rug cleaner.
Avoid direct sunlight for long periods to prevent color fading.
Sizing details
All rugs are handmade, so slight variations of 1–2 inches may occur. Please check the size carefully before ordering. For larger rugs, slight stretching or shrinkage during the weaving process is normal.
