Our philosophy is that products should be made to last rather than be replaced. Something we all share at RAICO is a love and admiration of vintage materials such as wood, leather, and metal. There’s something about the way things used to be made by traditional craftsmanship, with solid wood and more rugged construction, that brings a level of reassurance and peace of mind when you use it. And if it’s been inherited or passed down to you by a family member or friend, there’s something intangible in those products that carry more meaning than something you bought brand new. Among all of the things, we aim to achieve with our products, our most important goal is to create products that last; products that can one day be passed down to the next generation as heritage pieces, so all of the meaning and significance can be passed down, too.
