Mido todos mis artículos en pulgadas. Los mido colocándolos planos y duplicando la medición. I measure all of my items in inches. I measure them by laying them flat and doubling the measurement. I recommend that you use a tape measure to measure your body but if you don’t have a tape the best way is to find a similar item to what you are buying in your wardrobe, measure it and then compare with the item you are looking to purchase.
These are the easiest ways to make sure an item will fit properly.

Decades old clothing require special care and attention. Many older pieces are made in fabrics that are no longer manufactured or have been replaced with easy care synthetic alternatives. I recommend that you always HAND WASH your vintage clothes. If you have silks, rayon or wool items please do not use harsh detergents and don't ring them. Spot cleaning is a good alternative and always blot rather than rub. Never wash a wool coat! If in doubt head off to your dry cleaner. This will ensure that your clothes will last many more years.

I try to make sure that items with faults are noted in the description but sometimes I may miss something. I always look at these flaws as a life well lived. Still loveable after all of these years.

Old sizes are very different to what we have now. A vintage size 22 could fit a modern size 16 - 18 or a vintage size 12 could fit a modern size 8-10. ALWAYS MEASURE.
