I’m a bilingual therapist, early childhood mental health specialist, and parent and teacher consultant passionate about helping children navigate big feelings in developmentally supportive ways. Through my work with children and families, I saw a need for emotional regulation resources that were not only evidence-based, but also visually engaging, easy to use, and realistic for everyday life.
That’s how Regulated Kids was born.

Soy terapeuta bilingüe, especialista en salud mental en la primera infancia y consultora para padres, apasionada por ayudar a los niños a navegar emociones grandes de una manera comprensiva y apropiada para su desarrollo. A través de mi trabajo con niños y familias, noté la necesidad de recursos de regulación emocional que no solo estuvieran basados en evidencia, sino que también fueran visualmente atractivos, fáciles de usar y realistas para la vida diaria.
Así nació Regulated Kids.
Cada recurso en esta tienda está creado cuidadosamente con una combinación de conocimiento clínico, creatividad y experiencia real trabajando directamente con niños, padres, educadores y cuidadores. Ya sea para padres apoyando a sus hijos durante momentos difíciles, maestros creando salones más tranquilos o terapeutas buscando herramientas dinámicas y efectivas.
