Robert created a maple burl frame for me using the rough wood shown in the pic. It is beautiful! Robert used his skill as an artist to create a frame that enhances the natural beauty of the wood. I couldn't be more pleased. Robert also cares about customer service - he kept me up to date on the project as it progressed and insured that all the details met my specs.

Can't say enough good things about this seller/craftsman. He keeps in touch, speedily replies, answers all questions thoroughly, and most if all, does beautiful work. I wanted a replica light that my great grandfather made in the 1930's and he did just that and from a mere photo! I can not be happier with the end result! I am so impressed with the craftsmanship. I ordered a large number of the secret compartment key chains for our company Christmas party. Rob was very accommodating throughout the entire process. I asked him to modify the product for us; he did. I asked for several different styles; he did. He made the whole process very easy. He was readily available by either phone or email; I never felt like he wasn't getting back to me. The products were of very good quality, and everyone at the party loved them. I would definitely do business with Rob again.

Item is beautiful; wood is a unique color. However, shipping was over priced even though in the US and a short distance. I wasn't given the option of another carrier or a cheaper rate, which to me isn't customer friendly. Also, item arrived late.
