Como terapeuta corporal especializada en salud femenina, llevo años trabajando en la sanación holística femenina. En 2021, escribí un libro titulado Despertar Pélvico sobre este trabajo.

Siempre he trabajado con medicina herbal y curación holística, pero después de tener múltiples embarazos, necesitaba más: una reposición profunda y remineralización para llegar a un estado de plena vitalidad.

Ofrezco las mismas fórmulas que me han dado vida y apoyo. Detrás de todo esto se encuentra mi misión: una dedicación al bienestar integral, el apoyo y la atención de las madres.

Hello! I am the woman behind the scenes at Rooted Woman Botanicals, dreaming up and producing all the medicines. I’m a mother of two girls, and an herbalist.

As a women’s health bodyworker, I have been in the space of holistic women’s healing for years. In 2021, I wrote a book called Pelvic Awakening about this work.

I have always worked with herbal medicine and holistic healing, but after having multiple pregnancies, I needed more—deep replenishment and re-mineralizing to come to a place of full vitality.

I offer the same formulas that have been life-giving and supportive to me. Underlying all of this, is my mission—a devotion to the overall well-being, support, and centering of mothers.
