Returns & Exchanges

All rugs in our shop are made to order specifically for each customer. Because each item is produced upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the rug arrives damaged, defective, or with a verified printing/manufacturing error.

If your rug arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear, well-lit photos showing the issue. Once the problem is confirmed, we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Color differences due to screen or monitor settings

Incorrect size selection or preference issues

Buyer’s remorse

Orders that match the listing description

Personalized or custom rugs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellations

Because our rugs enter production quickly after purchase, cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Shipping & Delivery

All rugs are produced and fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand production partners.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

If an order is returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer

Failure to collect the package

Refusal of delivery

We will refund the item cost only. Shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through Etsy to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
